Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fresh Catering's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Fresh Catering provides premium catering services for corporate events, weddings, private gatherings, contract catering, office catering, and various F&B manufacturing services in Dubai and the UAE.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

• Bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard services
• Large events may require more advance notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit of 50% may be required upon booking confirmation
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of service
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of deposit
• 3-7 days before the event: 50% of total cost
• Less than 3 days before the event: 100% of total cost

6. Menu Changes and Special Requests

Menu changes and special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee all modifications will be possible.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care in the preparation and delivery of our services:

• Fresh Catering is not liable for any allergic reactions or food intolerances unless specifically notified in advance
• We are not responsible for damage to property at the venue unless caused by our negligence
• Our liability is limited to the total value of the service agreement

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate guest counts at least 48 hours before the event
• Ensuring venue access and appropriate facilities
• Providing accurate information about dietary requirements and allergies
• Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the venue

9. Force Majeure

Fresh Catering is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and recipes, are the property of Fresh Catering and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
